How long does delivery take?

Once your order is confirmed:

  • We aim to ship within 1–3 business days.
  • We aim to deliver within 3–10 business days, depending on your country and region.

Customs processing and peak seasons can occasionally cause delays. We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

What does shipping cost?

A flat 500 yen, no matter where you're ordering from.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, in these cases only:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective (we'll reship it)
  • You received a different item than what you ordered (we'll reship it)
  • The item never arrived, confirmed by tracking (we'll issue a refund)
