To those who wish to return or receive a refund

First, please contact us by filling out the inquiry form above with your requirements.

Afterward, we will send you a reply email, so please follow the instructions below to send us the details via email.

If the product is damaged or defective

Within 7 days of product arrival, please send the following information via our inquiry form or email:

  • Order number
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the damage or defect (shared link or attachment)
  • Specific description of the problem (e.g., "screen was cracked," "does not turn on," etc.)

After confirmation, we will arrange for a reshipment (3-5 business days). Generally, there is no need to return the product.

If you received an item different from what you ordered

Within 7 days of receiving your product, please send the following information via the inquiry form or email:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the received item (shared link or attachment)
  • Explanation of the difference between the item ordered and the item actually received

After confirmation, we will arrange for the correct item to be re-shipped (3-5 business days).

If the product has not arrived

If you have not received your item 60 days or more after receiving your shipping notification email, please contact us via the inquiry form or email.

  • Order number
  • Tracking number (found in the shipping notification email)
  • Screenshot of the latest status that can be confirmed on the tracking site (shared link or attachment)

After investigation, we will process a refund (5-10 business days).

Cases that are generally not supported

We regret to inform you that, in principle, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Returns due to customer convenience, such as wrong size or color
  • Subjective reasons, such as "it's not what I expected"
  • Requests made more than 7 days after product arrival
  • Products returned without prior notification of the return address
