Processing Time
Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 5–8 days after shipping. Some orders may take a little longer depending on your location.

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note that customs clearance, weather, traffic, peak seasons, or courier delays can occasionally add extra time. Thank you for your patience!

Shipping Fees

Singapore
- Flat rate: S$4 per order
- FREE shipping on orders of S$40 or more

Philippines
- Flat rate: ₱200 per order
- FREE shipping on orders of ₱3,000 or more

The final shipping fee is always the amount displayed at checkout.

For other regions, shipping fees are shown at checkout.
